After having opened up a gateway for DataCell for processing payments to WikiLeaks, the payments processing company Valitor (VISA Iceland) has decided to close down the gateway and terminate the contract with DataCell.

Today we have observed that an alternative payment processor that we have contracted with, has in fact opened the gateway for payments with Visa and MasterCard, and now also for American Express Card payments. Credit card donation to WikiLeaks is now accepted again.
