Step 1: Select your product

 

 

Please browse our Product pages for descriptions and specifications of the range of products or services we currently offer. 

If you wish to buy a specific product or service from us, click "Order now" on the product page to proceed to the next step.

 

Step 2: Customize your product





Some of our products offer components which can be upgraded depending on your business or personal requirements – for example, you may need additional memory or disk space for certain applications. You may also want to select your preferred operating system for product such as Virtual Linux Server. 

The total monthly fee for the product is automatically updated when you make your choice. 

NOTE: You may upgrade your product anytime after the service activation from "My Account". However, this feature is not currently available and we expect to add it very soon. 

Once you have completed customizing your product, click "Checkout" to confirm your order.

 

Step 3: Confirm your order

For new customers, you must create a new account on our website. To create a new account, please follow the on-screen instruction. Please note that we will verify your email address by sending you a verification email. Once your email address has been verified, you will be redirected to the product order summary page to complete your order.

For existing customers who are buying additional product, please use your existing login credential.

Review your product order on the checkout page. Make sure that all details shown on the page is correct. You must also read and agree to our terms of services by checking the box "I have read and accept this agreement".

Click on your preferred payment option to proceed to payment. 

 

Step 4: Make payment


 

Please follow on-screen instruction for your choice of payment method.

Note: We only offer PayPal payment service at this time. but you may also pay by credit card through PayPal. If you wish to pay via other payment method, please contact us for further information.

 

Step 5: Product activation


 

Once you have made your payment, our technician will proceed to set up the system according to you order details. You will get an activation email within 3 working days which contains your IP address, initial login details,  or any other information required by you during the service provisioning. 

Meanwhile, you may check out "My Account" page for the status of your subscriptions.
